Manufacturer’s Guarantee

We, Adret Gibs Ltd, guarantee all Drinkup units, which have been inspected carefully before leaving the factory, against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Consumable Parts Packs are not designed for long-term use, therefore are not covered by this guarantee. However, if an unused CPP is defective, please contact Adret Gibs Ltd or your Supplier. Please keep the sales invoice from your Supplier as proof of purchase. This guarantee adds to and in no way detracts from your statutory rights as a consumer.
